ETOS GateKeeper

What ETOS GateKeeper does
ETOS GateKeeper turns AI-generated insight into evidence-based, accountable decisions. A decision question and its supporting organisational evidence are submitted by an authorised user or a registered agent. GateKeeper assesses the request against that evidence, discloses gaps rather than filling them, records an authoritative decision state, and returns a governed assurance output with an execution reference and an audit record.
ETOS does not sell favourable decisions. The governed outcome follows the evidence.
Delivery and integration
Delivered as a governed SaaS service. Organisations are verified and approved before access is granted. People use the web portal and the GateKeeper Assistant. Software and autonomous agents are registered in the portal, each receiving its own credential, and call the ETOS Agent Assurance API at POST /api/public/v1/assurance. The organisation is resolved from the credential, never from the request body. All agents in an organisation draw on one shared credit pool.
Assurance Credits
1 ETOS Assurance Credit = 1 completed ETOS GateKeeper governed assurance output returned to an authorised requesting user or agent. Failed or blocked non-billable executions do not consume an Assurance Credit.
Assurance Credits are monthly allowances and do not roll over. Additional Assurance Credits may be purchased at any time.
Informational warnings appear at 75% of the allowance and a prominent low-capacity warning at 90%. At 100%, requests return CREDIT_EXHAUSTED with no execution, no charge and no downstream processing. There is no automatic overage billing — additional capacity always requires explicit customer action.

Decision framing
Every request is expressed as an explicit decision question with a named requesting user or agent, so the record shows what was actually asked.
Evidence binding
Assessments are bound to submitted organisational evidence. Nothing is inferred, assumed or invented to fill a gap.
Gap disclosure
Where evidence is missing, GateKeeper states the gap rather than producing a confident answer without support.
Authoritative decision state
One governed decision state per completed assessment, taken from the authoritative result — never inferred from prose.
Agent assurance
Registered agents call the ETOS Agent Assurance API under organisation-resolved credentials with a shared credit pool.
Audit and reporting
Execution references, decision states, evidence references and credit consumption are recorded for review and export.
