Integration and responsibilities
The customer supplies authorised evidence, workflow owners, integration access and case reviewers; ETOS scopes the assurance path and findings report.

Review findings and remaining gaps together, then scope an annual production contract if the evidence supports proceeding.

The customer provides workflow owners, authorised evidence, integration access and reviewers; ETOS scopes the assurance integration, test record and recommendation.

Use the production-use recommendation and unresolved conditions to scope an annual production contract; a pilot is not automatic clearance.

The customer supplies executive sponsorship, team owners, authorised evidence, integration access and reviewers; ETOS scopes the cross-team assessment and rollout plan.

Agree residual conditions, capacity and service requirements before negotiating an annual enterprise production contract.

Annual production contracts start from £60,000/year excluding VAT and are scoped separately against the pilot findings and remaining conditions.
